Join me to delve into a more detailed exploration of your full capabilities and search areas of yoga that we don’t have time for within a normal yoga class. This yoga workshop is a great opportunity for those who want to reconnect with themselves and discover their real inner power by overcoming resistance and boundaries. My mission is not to get rid of the negative elements in life as this is impossible but to change the way you respond and handle them. During the yoga workshop, I’ll lead you through invigorating asanas, pranayama and meditation focusing on detoxing, cleansing and purifying the physical, energetic and mental bodies. By bringing fresh insight, inner peace and equanimity we create space for growth, new potentials and undiscovered channels in our life.

A Life of Joy
Yoga retreats are the combinations of my two greatest joys in life; yoga and travelling. Yoga Inner Peace retreats have a pinch of adventure, playfulness and self-exploration. We visit beautiful places, eat traditional food, practice yoga and breathing techniques, meditate, dance, meet wonderful people from all over the world and take part in activities (e.g. hiking, cycling, sailing, diving, cooking and the list goes on). I had the chance to follow Eva’s power yoga classes and it has been a truly amazing experience! Eva is a super attentive and knowledgeable teacher who will guide you through both basic and intensive yoga poses powering up your body and then introducing some slower paced movements will drive you into a deep relaxation. I enjoyed the classes as they made me feel quite energetic and relaxed at the same time and helped me reduce the stress and tension after a long day at work. I super recommend Eva and her classes!
I wanted to find a way to soothe my lower back pain and Eva’s classes were the solution. She is super on it and really focused on improving your general health and stretching ability! I really enjoyed the last part of the lessons as they really gave me a lasting relief from every day tension and lower back pain. I usually slept much better after her lessons and can’t thank her more for that! Absolutely recommend!
Eva’s dynamic classes have everything, good flow, nice stretching, and some high intensity in the peak moment of the practice. Eva is very attentive, always communicating with her students and giving directions. I highly recommend her to both beginners and advanced yogis.
