Hi! I’m Eva 

Thank you for being here! I started my yoga path a few years ago trying to balance my stressful life working as a civil engineer, my body’s tendency to move more and my mind’s call to find inner peace. Showing up daily on my yoga mat, I’ve learned to embody my yoga practice during the day which helps me to feel more content, relaxed and enlightened, with a sense of euphoria to flood into my brain. I decided to deepen my knowledge by undertaking a Yoga Teacher Training and this is how my new life journey began, a journey of self-compassion and self-care. As a certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor, I give group, one-to-one and corporate sessions. Come along with me to train your body, enhance clarity of your thoughts and connect with your real inner soul.
Yoga can be as challenging and dynamic, as relaxing and deep restorative as you choose to. Yoga is not only a way to keep a healthy body but also a way to turn your awareness inwards, listen to your heart and train your mind on how it responds to the daily struggles. Accepting life challenges and being compassionate with yourself is one of the main yoga benefits.
My Vinyasa classes are designed to challenge stamina, build more strength, improve flexibility and balance. Cleansing your body naturally is a way to elevate your life and discover your full potential. I also incorporate meditation and breathing control techniques within my yoga classes, two powerful elements to soothe the nerves, reduce stress levels and show you the fine art of a healthy existence.
Eva is also certified in Yin Yoga by Bernie Clark and Dianna Batts. Her yin yoga classes focus on creating a body-mind-breath connection and awareness. She trains her students to practice with an intention and then to pay attention to the sounds of breathing, body signals, feelings, thoughts and any judgement that might also arise alongside the practice. Self-awareness and acceptance – both on and off the mat – lead to the journey of self-improvement and growth.
Each body has its own anchor; my mission and intention is to release muscular tension, build a strong body, free the mind, remove any obstacles that prevent the effortless and natural rhythm of breath and create space to allow the energy to flow freely inside you and around you.
