Join me to delve into a more detailed exploration of your full capabilities and search areas of yoga that we don’t have time for within a normal yoga class. My mission is not to get rid of the negative elements in life as this is impossible but to change the way you respond and handle them. During the yoga workshop, I’ll lead you through invigorating asanas, pranayama and meditation focusing on detoxing, cleansing and purifying the physical, energetic and mental bodies. By bringing fresh insight, inner peace and equanimity we create space for growth, new potentials and undiscovered channels in our life.
